The Haven is located inside Boquete, a beautiful and bustling ‘tropical-mountain-valley’ town in the Western Highlands of Panama, known for coffee, rainbows, and adventure!

We are a Japanese-inspired boutique hotel that interweaves luxury with nature. It is our pleasure to offer unique accommodations in an exclusive resort-spa environment. Our emphasis is on wellness; and for you to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience every time you stay with us.

Our facilities include indoor & outdoor hot tubs, saunas, exercise pool and a dual-level gym. We also have an on-site dedicated yoga & exercise studio with a full schedule of classes.

Our resort features high-end details throughout. You will experience the elegance of fine products from brands that you know and love, as well as some that may surprise you. We are the exclusive resort to offer brands like Shinto Towel from Japan, and Salted Home and Pottery Barn from the United States. We also provide brands like Nespresso to compliment the amazing Panama coffees we offer. We like style, and we know you do too.

BE OUR GUEST

As a Resort Guest you have access to our facilities, which include a modern gym with a comprehensive range of equipment, an exercise pool, hot tubs, and steam and infrared saunas. You may enjoy our grounds and explore our property at your leisure. Our Haven is your home.

BECOME A MEMBER

If you are not a resort guest, you may still enjoy our facilities by becoming a Member. We offer daily, weekly, monthly or yearly memberships. Memberships are limited and may not be available at all times. Memberships include the use of the gym, pool, hot tubs, and infrared and steam saunas. Members also receive a discount on weekly yoga and exercise classes held onsite at The Studio.

VISIT OUR SPA, CAFE, & YOGA STUDIO

Our Spa, Cafe, and Yoga Studio are open to all. Spa appointments are highly recommended, and Cafe reservations for large groups, required. Reservations are not required for weekly yoga and exercise classes.

We welcome adult guests and members from the age of 18 and above to maintain a tranquil relaxing atmosphere. Pets are not allowed.
